Replaced both oxygen sensors with universal type and still the code reads P0135 and P0141.
Should I replace them with OEM or maybe the problem is something else?

Recently had smog test done here in California, all items pass except the check engine light, which unable me to find a fix. Also there is no avalable repair manual for my 2002 Toyota Celica.

Thank you for any help or advise, I have no other resources that I can find.

Wiring harness properly hooked up? Are the sensors properly hooked up not each o2 sensor harness going to wrong sensor. Has happened before.

Check for exhaust and intake leaks next causing too much air to get in and the o2 sensors to read false.
