2000 Toyota Celica

I might be at the wrong site. I'm trying to find out how to change/adjust a European speedometer so it will read miles? It does not necessarily belong to the above type of car. Would there be a difference from one make and model to another, or is there some basic way to accomplish this for all cars?

Can someone help me or refer me to someone who might have the answer?

Hi jaguaru,

Such adjustment are vehicle specific and some meter clusters do not allow adjustments. It requires the meter cluster to be replaced.
