Electrical problem
1997 Toyota Celica 4 cyl Automatic 220,00 miles

My car wouldnt turn over. My battery needed to be replaced so I replaced it. I put it in and it still did not turn over. I had the new battery jumped and it turned over. It has done this to me on a couple of occasions. Almost sounds like my alternator but might be a short somewhere? Help!
