Electrical problem
1993 Toyota Celica 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

My car battery completely died. So I went to autozone and bought a new battery and replaced it.
I put it in correctly, and only my lights will turn on. I try to turn the car over, and nothing happens.
It is as if it is still dead, but my lights will turn on. My car won't start at all.

Hi there,

Check for power at the small terminal on the starter when key is on crank, if no power there may be a relay, transmission isolator or ignition lock problem, if yes and also power at the main starter cable, a starter problem, also just make sure that the battery terminals are clean and tight, check these first.
