when the car is warm up and ready to drive, it's good but when i get to 4th or 5th gear its starts to get hot but when i to to 2th or 3th gear it gose down. the only time it overheats is when im on in the high gears. what should i do?

Replace the thermotat don't work check the radiator if its clogged and water pump circulating coolant thruout the engine and cooling fans coming On.
