I notice a squealing noise coming from the stearing. I am sure it could be the power stearing somehow. It is deffinately noiseier when it is cold. I check the power stearing fluid level and it is fine. I am worried it could be the timing belt. Any ideas?

Get a short piece of garden hose and use it as a listening device like a doctor's ear and probe around the drivebelts and report back where the squealer is located.

You might just want to adjust the belt/s tension and see what happens.
