1991 Toyota Celica oil pump timing

I have put on a new oil pump gasket and now I cant get any oil pressure. I need to know how to time the oil pump, what timing mark do I put it on?

if it's 2.2L engine, there will be reference marks on the rotors that need to be facing toward the outside (away from the cylinder block surface) of the oil pump housing.
