1990 Toyota Celica vibrating

my car vibrates very baddly, to the point where the steering wheel bounces. its vibrates most when in park, or neutral, but also vibrates heaps when in gear and stopped at traffic lights or whatever. what can i do to fix this? just had a major service and tune. do you think i need new engine mounts?

You definitely need the engine mounts to be replaced.
