car wont star.satrter 6 months old.wont spin.no clicking noise.

Check main voltage at starter 12v , check for voltage at solenoid when key on crank, 12V, if ok starter fautley, if no voltage at solenoid start at the starter relay and work back to the switch. If no voltage at main starter cable check battery terminals and earths.
