how difficult to change cambelt do i need any special tools

Hmmm not really any special tools.. however a few things could go wrong that would destroy your engine.

you can get the timeing off and bend all of your valves
you could misalign distributor and would never run.

i would get a manual and follow the instructions perfectly.
