Toyota Camry 1999 V6, 100,450 Miles

While driving uphill I notice sound, like a fan blade from right front side. It increases as I press the accelerator more. It shows 2200 RPM and 35 MPH speed, any idea what this could be.

When it makes the noise, does it sound like the fan is hitting something or is it just noise?

Yes it is hitting something. The sound goes away once I pass over the hill. I never had sound like that before.
