overheatint 1994 toyota camry

The car starts right away now, but temp gets to red zone after about 3 miles, and smoke will come out from those pinholes. Tried Prestone leak solution - no help.
Question - does it overheat because of the pinhole leaks? or the thermostat is shot? or electric fan inop? or water pump? ( replaced about 10K miles ago) or did running engine after overheating caused thermostat or watet pump to fail?
