97 Camry 205k Miles blowing up the fuses Need Help !

The problem is my car blowing up the 10A car fuse which is located under the stearing on driver side which causes the Back light and front light off.
Everytime I change the fuse and turn on the parking lights it burns it.I have called PepBoys and they want $85 to diagnose the problem then they will give estimate.

Please Help If anybody knows.

What it means is between the fuse block and the lights, there is a grounded wire, or bad switch.

Thanks for replying but I didn't get where to see the bad fuse. If you can guide me more that will be a great help.I saw couple of post and people has posted the picture to locate the fuse if you can do that it will be awesom.
