2010 Toyota Camry Loud clattering when engine is cold

When the 2010 4cyl Camry is started in the morning, the engine emits a loud clattering noise, with dimished when engine reaches operating temp., but does not completely goes away.

Dealer service dept. said this is normal.

Is this normal for this car?

Toyota has had some issues with "piston slap" mostly on the V6.

It is not normal, have Toyota fix it, or complain to Toyota.
