I own a 07 Toyota Camry LE with only 45K KM on it and i'm having 3 problems with my camry

1. Whirring noises coming from engine. it's really loud and noticable, happens right after i start the car. i opened the hood and the sound seemed to come from the belt and since i'm not a car expert i have no idea what the problem is.

2. Hissing/whistling noises while accelerating. Every time the gas is pushed i hear this noise, it sounds like air being pumped out. Again i'm no car expert so i have no idea what the problem is.

3. Gas consumption has increased dramatically. In 70 KM of driving the gas tank went from half to almost the 25% line. The line is just above the 25% line. I'm thinking that this has to do with the engine noise problem because the car is working hard to start up and etc.

The problem is that it's the weekend (saturday) and noone can look at it till monday, is it safe for me to drive it around or no.
