2007 Toyota Camry speedometer acceleration when not pressin

HI,
I don't know if this kind of question come up at all. Here is the problem: When my car is going downhills and I let go the gas paddle, the speedometer accelerates as if I press the gas paddle, but I was not. Also, the car "jerks" back a little when it does that. When it does that, I think the speed was 40+ mph. I hope I explain my car's problem clearly. thank you in advanced for the time.

Check and test the accelerator pedal sensor and mass airflow sensor
