Hi,
4 months ago I had the A/C Refresher service, which by now i have realized was a complete waste of money (dealer saw a girl and new he could take her). My problem is now my A/C doesn't work, on my way home from work a few days ago smoke or steam came from the hood of my car, i checked and the engine wasn't hot, but now my A/C blows only hot air, any tips on what i should ask when i take the car to my dealer (one last time, i feel like they owe me since i had a service done and the air conditioner doesn't work)

Hi marcied23,

The smoke that you saw was the freon getting out due to a burst hose or joint. Get back to the dealer and ask him for an explanation.
