2005 Toyota Camry car won't idle after refueling

my wifes car won't stay idling after you refuel. It happens every time you fill the tank and only when you refill the tank. She has to run the rpms' up manually for about a minute before it will set the idle. Then everything is normal until you refill the tank again.
