just had front end struts replaced. Only in early morning and cool-humid mornings the car has a wobble, hollow noise for the first few miles. Goes away when it warms up until the next humid morning. I can lift up over the wheel well/fender and hear the same noise. (similar to a dried out rubber piston in a tube) until it heats up. Can moisture affect a new strut? could have the new strut obtained moisture/rust or pitting around the internal rubber piston?

Take back to installer and have them fix it.

If you are saying the car is wobbling, then something is not tight.
