2004 Toyota Camry Rotor won't come off

I am attempting to do some brake work on my car and the passenger side front rotor will not come off. In fact, it won't budge. Am I missing something??? The driver side came off easily after removing the caliper, but no such luck with the passenger side. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Spray with PB blaster or WD 40 smite with dead blow or rubber mallet to remove
