I have taken my car to a reputable shop and I pay for a repair that appears to be the problem and yet the problem persists.

My car has a rough idle, which started out of the blue, but the idle is ONLY when in gear and ONLY after the car warms up. Not a noticeable difference when AC or Heat is on. It only idles rough at low rpms and the vibration can be felt inside the cabin. At higher RPMs, the car is fine.

Spark Plugs are good
Motor Mounts are good
Fuel Injection good
Recently had a transmission flush
Had a full tune up <2000 miles ago

Please, I am going broke and just need my car fixed. THANK YOU!

Hi there,

Re check for any set fault codes, did they do a fuel rail presser test to check for a leaking injector, check valve clearances, these are shims and are difficult to adjust correctly, also have the ignition system checked for correct firing voltages and the leads for high resistance, was the fuel filter changed? check for vacuum leaks around the inlet manifold. Just a few things to check to start with, report back any adverse findings.
