Hi,
It is a kind of squelling noise coming from front wheels, when I start the car, usually after the car has been stayed parked for a couple of hours. I try to move the steering wheel left or right (without moving the car ahead, the car has the transmission lever put in "Parking"). After the engine runs idle for about less than one minute the noise dissapears. There are no other noises when I steer during driving.
The steering fluid level is fine. I just put new steering fluid from Toyota. Toyota technicians said that this noise is normal, which sounds weird to me.
What might be the cause of this noise?

Check your serpentine belts. Make sure that they are tight but not too tight, and not "glazed", shiny appearance on the underside.
