2003 Toyota Camry seat belts

2003 Toyota Camry

i just bought this car a few days ago and it was in a car wreck. the 2 front seat belts are lock to were you can not pull them out how can i get them unlocked?

Hi there,

You will have to replace the belts, they may have been over stressed in the accident and are now unusable, and in any case they should be replaced regardless.
