2003 Toyota Camry reversing the battery cables

2003 Toyota Camry 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

My wife reversed the battery jumper cables on my Toyato Camary I had to put new fuses in the car and battery the car finaly will start but i get no gasso someone told me to try the efc relay i did it didnt work do you have any idea what might stop the gas from working
