2003 Toyota Camry Noise coming from the rear right side of

I just had my tires changed all around, and I also replaced a right rear wheel bearing, hoping the noise would go away. When I drive my car a humming noise sounds like it is coming from the rear right side, the more I press the pedal it seems the noise gets lounder and then it feel like sometimes the car is dragging. But then it picks up speed still with the noise and goes.What type of problem do you think it sounds like and do you think I should take it to an Toyota dealership to have it analyzed on a machine?

Bring it in the noise might be coming from the spider gear in the pumpkin/ differential.
