2003 Toyota Camry 4 cyl 130000 miles

The diagnostic machine says my car has a 3rd cylinder fire failure. I took it to a mechanic he said it could be the heat packs or coils. Not sure which he saild. Does anyone have any idea, what it could be.

It should lead you to check the spark plug,fuel injector,and compression on #3 cylinder.
