Engine Mechanical problem
2002 Toyota Camry 4 cyl Automatic 77,000 miles

I just had my oil 3,000 mi oil change. The mechanic wrote on my receipt; NOTE timing cover leaking oil.
I have not had any oil on my garage floor and my car is running fine.
How serious is this and how much should I pay to repair?
Also, if I have this repaired should I have anything done at the same time for this amount of milage.
Thank you

Hi there, this is the upper most cover, often it just need tightening down as it is a rubber type gasket there is often a bit of give in it, if it does need replacing (it will only take about 20 Min) there is nothing else that need looking at.
