2002 Toyota Camry Break lights not working

2002 Toyota Camry 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

The break lights and the break lights in the rear window are not working but the break lights on the spoiler are. I cannot find a blown fuse. What can I do to try and fix this?
