2002 Toyota Camry Brakes

My brakes light recently came on. I had an oil change and they filled the brake fluid and it went off. However a few days later I smelt smoke and the car speed dropped from 60- 40. After I pulled over I saw that the driver side tire? was fire engine red inside where the brake shoes are. can you please tell me whats wrong and how much would it cost to repair
