2002 Toyota Camry After battery replaced, engine idle speed

2002 Toyota Camry 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive 76000 miles

Battery was very weak. Replaced battery. Now idle speed is very low, and engine dies while idling. No check engine light on. Battery voltage at idle is 13.8 volts.

You threw off the idle air control valve target speed by the computer by disconnecting the battery-it needs to go thru an idle relearning process could be as much as 40 key cylces to regain it-
