Well it could be many things by your limited description. If it is the engine then it will also shake when stopped with your foot on the brake ( do not hit the gas so hard as to do a brake torque). Start by Revving in neutral. If it is in the drive line then it will shake just a little bit when at highway speeds, accelerating makes it worse. It could also be in your transmission and I would recomend going to a shop to fix that.

Do u have check engine light on
is it blinking
when was it you did a tune up?
I would check for codes if engine light on
if on and blinking its misfiring
check it for tune up and check wires and coils
