I make frequent trips to Indiana and my car does excellent. But this last time, i was stuck in a traffic jam and had to sit for long periods. When traffic would start to move, my car would idle down really low like it was starving for fuel and about to die. Then it would jump back up to normal operation. Just wanted to ask. It done fine the rest of the trip and is still doing great. Should I just schedule a tune up?
