2001 Toyota Camry No Air after Belts replaced

Last week I brought my car in to have belts replaced (because of squealing noise with the AC on). Today when I turned on the AC, no air blew out. What could be the problem?

because of squealing noise with the AC on). The compressor is locking up or its lock up already that cause the belt to squeal
