Blower motor speed not working - resistor fan controller?

2001 TOYOTA CAMRY

The air conditioning in my 2001 Camry works on medium high and high but does not work on low and medium low. The medium high and high work really good and blow out really cold air but the other 2 settings do not blow anything. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

It sounds like the blower motor resistor has gone bad here is the wiring diagrams so you can see how it works with the resistor location in the diagrams below.
