Hello. I can occasionally smell gas fumes inside my 2001 Camry. The smell seems to be coming through the AC vent, mostly when the car is first started or when stopping after driving at highway speeds. I have checked under the car and in the engine compartment for leaks, including at the fuel filter and the fuel rail, but have not seen any leaks. Any idea where this gas smell may be coming from? Thanks.

You either have a small gas leak in fuel system or a leak in EVAP system.

A fuel pressure test will rule out fuel leaks.
