Our dash clock and cigarette lighter will not work. I have checked the fuses in the main fuse box under the hood. I have even pulled fuses the check continuity. The manual I have only shows this one fuse panel (under the hood).. Is there another one somewhere else? I've checked under the dash on the driver's side. Is there some type of in line fuse behind the radio?

Try checking fuse 7.5 in the instrument panel junction box at left of steering column.
