Brakes problem
2001 Toyota Camry 6 cyl Automatic

I have a 2001 toyota xle and changed the front brake pads and rotors. As I come to a near stop the brake pedal chatters slightly going forward , in reverse the brakes work well and going forward the steering wheel stays straight. I just need to get rid of that minor chatter when going less than 1 mile an hour.

Hi there,

If there is no vibration in the steering, this will be a rear brake issue, you can also get a bonding compound that you can apply to the back of the pads that can also stop any minor pad vibration, start there.
