2000 Toyota Camry rear light

The amber rear light failure light came on the IP cluster so I looked it up in the masnual, changed all of the bulbs still have problem now when I push on the brake pedal the R (reverse ) lights up help me.

did u use the correct light bulbs
make sure u did
if its looks the same does not mean its the same
