2000 Toyota Camry no power

2000 TOYOTA CAMRY

I have a 2000 camry and had a wire off my alt arc, due to not un-hooking battery, car runs fine lights work horn works dome light works, have no gauges stereo power locks or windows, but everything else is fine... could it be a relay and if so which one could it be?

Check all the fusible links the colored looking squared boxes on the power distribution box.
