My 2000 Camry gives me a hard time when I put gas into the fuel tank. The fuel will go into the tank but with much effort. The handle on the fill spout will act like the tank is full when it is not'; I must fill a little at a time which takes a long time to fill the tank up with gasoline. What is the problem?
