Hi folks and ASE technicians,

As you folks can all see, my car is a very old car. and it has some 128000 miles and the tires just blew on me at 128050. But thanks goodness i messed up in local turnpike but not in a 700mile roundtrip days before.

so I changed the tires into Sumitomo HTR A/S P01..strongly suggest it.
and with that mood I have a thousand miles left for next oil change, so should I put Castrol High Mileage Oil into it? I have changed oil only once in my hand in Local TOYOTA dealer. we had another camry for 2 years and we change oil in the same dealer. they use chevron lubricants.

So, should I just change the oil like always in our TOYOTA Dealer or should I buy Castrol High Mileage for my 128k miles car? if someone can answer it it'd be really great. Thanks.

Adding high mileage oil really works best when you use it the entire life of the car. It COULD help, but not a whole lot.
