1999 Toyota Camry why want my car warm up while ideling?

i start my car in the mornings and when i go to leave the air is still cold . however after the gas pedal is pushed you can instantly feel a change in the tempuratue of the air.

Thats a flow problem. Might have a partially plugged heater core that need a little somehting extra to get flow through it. Try having the cooling system backflushed at a radiator shop, and tell them what it is doing so they can flush the heater core if necessary
