Tires and Wheels problem
1999 Toyota Camry 4 cyl Automatic 94000 miles
----------------------------------------------------------------
Hello - I would like to know how much a mechanic would *CHARGE* for replacing BOTH front wheel bearings. I was told by them that both the bearings would cost around $60 each and the labour charge would come around $280 for replacing both front wheel bearings. Totally it comes around $400. Let me know if this is a realistic mechanic cost. Thanks in advance.

The bearings cost about $65.00 a piece now the labor varies ranging from $70.00-$130.00 an hr. I would say that's about right.
