1999 Toyota Camry Water Pump

Got water leaking out the front, like a water pump when filling the radiator.
How hard to replace the water pump and also the timing belt, does the engine have to be raised.
Where can find manual to help.

yes the engine has to be raised. definitely get manual for step by step instructions. there should be a link on this post for your vehicle. if you follow the manual it is not a very difficult job just time consuming. good luck
