1999 Toyota Camry Warning light?

Hello ould you please let me know what it means when a light goes on in yellow and it says check under a yellow little picture, something irregular shaped under the odometer in the car? i do not know what this warning light says or is indicating? Please let me know and if there is any safety issue driving the car this way. thank you

Hi there,

If you have a fault light showing you will need to get a scan done to read the code that it is indicating, this light should be in your owners hand book, i am not that sure what it is actually indication,

I cannot find my manual at all. It is a 1999 toyota camry with a warning light directly under the odometer with the word in yello that says CHECK and a small picture above it. I don't what this means and donot have a manualk to cehck. Anyone know what this is and is it unsafe to drive when this light is on? Is it the engine or something else perhaps?
