1999 Toyota Camry Slow idle when cold.

1999 Camry Idles slow on startup when engine is cold. It dose not stall. It idles fine after it warms up.

The IAC should be stuck, does the check engine light shows?

No the check engine light does not come on.
If I drive about half a block it will then idle OK.

Hi cabothines,

The cold start system is not operating properly so you need to check the Idle Air Control or Fast Idle Control depending on which system is your car equipped with.
