When I am driving, doesn't matter the speed, I hear a noise coming from my right front wheel which sounds as if something is loose. when I turn the wheel as far as it will go I hear a ticking noise and a loud screech. I been going below speed limit on freeway because It sounds as if my wheel is gonna fly off at any given second. Can you please shed some light on what's wrong so I can go into a repair shop and take care of it?

Inspect the wheel bearings and also the cv joints on that side.
