I don't know much about cars but what I can tell you is that for some reason my car is accelerating on it's own. Whether i'm in park, neutral, or drive the RPM meter rises without me pushing on the gas.

Yah I have cruise control. But I doubt it is that because even when I press on the brake the car continues to accelerate. It's like nonstop. The RPM never drops below 2

What is the idle speed like? And what is the in drive idle speed? Fast or normal?
