My Camry stalled one day on acceleration. After checking fuel filter, fuel pump, fuses, spark, timing, and replacing camshaft position sensor, we figured it was the ECM. I bought a used one and it will still not start. Any suggestions now, besides taking it to the dealer?

There is fuel getting all the way to the fuel rail and have even put fuel down where the spark plugs are with no success. We have checked the plugs and have spark will all of them.
