When I hit any size bump I hear a noise from the right front end. Sounds like wheel bumping. I had it up on a lift and could not find anything loose. Please help.

Raise front, put on stands, grasp wheel and push/pull both horizontally and vertically, looking for any movement, if there is then look at ball joints, tie rods, control arm bushings, struts and bearings. Also inspect motor mounts.
